Becoming a volunteer with PAC Foundation is simple. Start by filling out our online volunteer application form on our website. Once submitted, our team will review your application and reach out with the next steps. Volunteers are selected based on their alignment with our mission and the specific needs of ongoing projects.

Our projects vary in nature and location, so requirements may differ. Generally, volunteers should have:
• A commitment to our core values of compassion, integrity, and accountability.
• Relevant skills or expertise related to the project area (e.g., education, health, or livelihood support).
• A willingness to engage directly with communities in need.
• The ability to commit time and effort to the project’s duration.
We provide detailed requirements for each project during the onboarding process.

PAC Foundation offers comprehensive training tailored to the project you’ll be involved in.
This includes:

• Understanding the community you’ll be serving.
• Training on monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) principles.
• Workshops on effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Safety and health guidelines specific to the project location.

Our training ensures you’re fully prepared to contribute effectively and make a meaningful impact.
